Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time. We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the group that is booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis.

We will do our best to honor the discounted rate outside the room block, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit of $100 P/P, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes private group roundtrip airport transfers.

You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 business hours. Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure you fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of our Agency room block, please allow us an opportunity to research or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability and ease of planning.

For your convenience, reservations between 3 and 7 nights can be arranged within our room block. If you’d like to stay longer, please let Jeni know and she can request additional nights.

When working with Jeni, she will take care of all the details for you. Planning of events is still in the works, but I intend to arrange some group activities!

Jeni recommend’s booking your flights as early as you can for the lowest price and best availability

You will be flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN). You may book it via your favorite airline. As a rule of thumb, most airlines publish their best rates and flight schedules 11 months away from departure with the exception of Southwest Airlines which posts their schedules only 6-8 months before travel. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

If you prefer to book the flight with your resort package please contact Jeni or place a note on your reservation form.  Please do not wait until the last minute – in our experience, flight pricing tends to increase as you book closer to the date.

After your room is confirmed, cancellation policies are applied per the Room Block Contract.

From Deposit thru February 1st – $100 per person
From February 2nd – March 1st – An amount equal to 1 night of reservation plus $100 per person
From March 2nd – 31st – An amount equal to 2 nights of reservation plus $100 per person
From April 1st – Travel Date – 100% Penalty

Once cancellation is confirmed, any amount higher than the amounts listed above will be refunded to the card used for payments.

Journeys highly recommend all travelers add Travel Insurance/Protection.

Benefits include trip cancellation or interruption coverage, protection against travel mishaps, like delays, lost/damaged/delayed bags or coverage for medical expenses if you were to unexpectedly become ill or injured while traveling.

In order to secure your room, please submit your deposit by February 1st, 2024.

We have assorted rooms available – First Come, First Serve.

You don’t have to pay it all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secure payment form online. It will give JTI (or our affiliates) permission to debit your credit/debit card for any amount you choose and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due no later than January 1, 2024, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Your final balance is due by February 1, 2024.

If you would like a room category that is not listed, please submit your form and list the requested room category in the comments.  The room will be requested with the resort.  Once approved, your deposit will be applied. You can also email Jeni at Jeni@Journeys-Travel.com with your request.  Rooms will NOT be requested until reservation form is submitted.
